The 2010 Dublin addendum consisted of a resolution that the membership present was in favor of adding Uncial as a top-level classification. It did not reiterate the full spec.3 -

I haven't heard of them. Odd that they don't tell you the size of their online font database. It would be pretty easy to get a huge one, and if I were them I would want to promote that poin…1 -

+1 to Kent’s and André’s comments. Either the font needs to “lie” about its encoding (which has many problems, as pointed out in this thread), or something would have to be added to Unicode.1 -

Also: top of the v is too high compared to top of n, i. Either the n/i/etcetera need to come up, or the top of the v needs to come down.3
